Dawson Precision is the only manufacturer in the industry to provide quality customer service even beyond the purchase of your sight set. We will help you get your pistol zeroed.
What is the Perfect Impact Sight Promise?
If you purchase a set of Dawson Precision Perfect Impact sights, either a set or a rear with the recommended height front, we promise the Dawson sights will zero your pistol.
If the Dawson recommended sights do not zero your pistol, we will give you one new front sight that has the required height to correct the point of impact to your specifications; free of charge.
If we do not currently offer the height you need, we will custom make the height you need to correct the point of impact to your specification. (The width of the front sight must always be the same as the original sight in the set.)
What if I have a different manufacturer sight?
If you purchase another manufacturer’s rear sight from us along with a Dawson Precision front sight, we will still go above and beyond to get you zeroed. If the sights do not zero your pistol, we will give you a 50% discount on another Dawson Perfect Impact front sight that has the required height to correct the point of impact to your specification.
If we do not currently offer the height you need, we will custom make the height you need to correct the point of impact to your specification. (The width of the front sight must always be the same as the original Dawson Precision front sight purchased with the manufacturer's rear sight.)
If you purchase another manufacturer’s sight set, a non-Dawson front sight and a non-Dawson rear sight, you must handle any zeroing issue through the manufacturer.
How do I redeem my Perfect Impact Sight Promise?
In the rare instance you need to use the Perfect Impact Sight Promise, here is what to do:
Shoot and Measure
Shoot your pistol at the distance you wish to zero and measure the impact radius, the distance between your bullet's impact and your point of aim.

With your measurements in hand, send us an email at perfectimpact@dawsonprecision.com and we will help you find your perfect sight. Be sure to include your phone number in case we need further details.
Sight Shipped
Most sights are shipped out the very next day. If a custom sight height is needed, more time may be required.
The Perfect Impact Sight Promise applies only to retail Dawson Perfect Impact sights purchased directly from Dawson Precision. Policy subject to change. Revised 6/17/2020.
